Explorer Forge ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information Songrail Knight ("the Game") and the services integrated with it may collect, why it is used, how it is shared, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Process
Information you provide
- Display name: the nickname you choose for your profile and leaderboard.
- Support communications: information you voluntarily include when contacting us by email.
Game and account information
- A guest player identifier, PlayFab ID, installation or device-linked identifier used to provide cloud features.
- Scores, leaderboard rank, stage progress, unlocked levels, Gold balance, owned and equipped heroes or gear, settings, run results, and similar gameplay records.
- Supporter Pack entitlement, purchase status, and transaction identifiers needed to grant or restore a purchase. We do not receive your full payment card information.
Device, advertising, and technical information
- Device type, operating system, language, IP address, app version, diagnostics, crash or performance information, and interactions with ads.
- Advertising identifiers such as IDFA only when available and permitted by your device settings and applicable consent requirements.
- Advertising and privacy choices recorded through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) and Apple privacy controls.
Some game settings and progress are also stored locally on your device.
2. How We Use Information
- Operate the Game, save and restore progress, maintain leaderboards, and display your selected profile.
- Provide advertisements, including interstitial and optional rewarded ads, and measure ad delivery and performance.
- Process and restore the non-consumable Supporter Pack purchase.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to privacy or support requests.
3. Advertising and Consent Choices
Songrail Knight uses Google AdMob and Google UMP. Where required, you may choose whether to consent to personalized advertising, manage individual purposes and vendors, or decline consent. Depending on your choice and region, you may receive personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads.
You can reopen available privacy choices from the Game's Settings screen. On iOS, you can also control tracking permission in the device's Privacy & Security settings. Rewarded ads are optional; declining or not completing one does not remove access to the base Game.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising activities may be treated as "selling", "sharing", or targeted advertising under some U.S. state laws. Eligible users can opt out through the privacy options made available in the Game.
4. Service Providers
We use service providers that process information under their own terms and privacy policies:
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform: advertising, consent collection, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and related services. Google Privacy Policy
- Microsoft PlayFab: guest player services, private cloud save, display names, statistics, and leaderboards. Microsoft Privacy Statement
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: purchase processing, purchase history, and restoration on iOS. Apple Privacy Policy
- Unity Technologies: game engine and in-app purchasing technology. Songrail Knight does not use Unity Ads. Unity Privacy Policy
5. Legal Bases and International Processing
Depending on your location and the context, we process information to provide the Game and requested purchases, with your consent, to comply with law, or for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service operation, and improvement. Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
6. Retention and Deletion
- Local information remains until it is reset in the Game, cleared through device controls, or the Game is uninstalled.
- Cloud progress, profile data, and leaderboard records are retained while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or until a valid deletion request is completed.
- Purchase and advertising information is retained according to applicable law and the policies of the relevant provider.
To request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with the Game, email us with your display name and any available PlayFab ID. Do not send passwords or payment card details. We may request limited additional information to verify the request.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
8. Children's Privacy
Songrail Knight is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the Game, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game or store listing where appropriate.

이용자가 제공하는 정보
- 표시 이름: 프로필과 리더보드에 표시하기 위해 이용자가 선택한 닉네임
- 문의 정보: 이메일 문의 시 이용자가 자발적으로 제공한 내용
게임 및 계정 정보
- 클라우드 기능 제공을 위한 게스트 플레이어 식별자, PlayFab ID 및 설치·기기 연계 식별자
- 점수, 리더보드 순위, 스테이지 진행, 해금 레벨, Gold, 보유·장착 캐릭터와 장비, 설정, 플레이 결과 등
- 후원자 패키지 지급·복원에 필요한 구매 상태, 보유 권한 및 거래 식별자. 회사는 이용자의 전체 결제카드 정보를 수신하지 않습니다.
기기·광고·기술 정보
- 기기 유형, 운영체제, 언어, IP 주소, 앱 버전, 진단·충돌·성능 정보 및 광고와의 상호작용
- 기기 설정과 관련 동의 요건이 허용하는 경우에만 사용되는 IDFA 등의 광고 식별자
- Google UMP 및 Apple 개인정보 설정을 통해 기록되는 광고·개인정보 선택 사항
일부 게임 진행도와 설정은 이용자의 기기에도 로컬 저장됩니다.

3. 광고 및 동의 선택
게임은 Google AdMob과 Google UMP를 사용합니다. 관련 법령이 요구하는 지역에서는 맞춤형 광고 동의, 목적·파트너별 관리 또는 동의 거부를 선택할 수 있습니다. 선택과 지역에 따라 맞춤형, 비맞춤형 또는 제한된 광고가 제공될 수 있습니다.
필요한 경우 게임의 Settings 화면에서 개인정보 선택 사항을 다시 열 수 있으며, iOS 기기의 개인정보 보호 및 보안 설정에서도 추적 권한을 관리할 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 선택 사항이며, 시청을 거부하거나 완료하지 않아도 기본 게임 이용은 제한되지 않습니다.
회사는 개인정보를 금전적 대가로 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 일부 미국 주 법률은 특정 맞춤 광고 활동을 개인정보의 "판매", "공유" 또는 타겟 광고로 정의할 수 있으며, 해당 이용자는 게임에서 제공되는 개인정보 설정을 통해 거부할 수 있습니다.

5. 처리 근거 및 국외 처리
회사는 상황과 이용자 지역에 따라 게임·구매 서비스 제공, 이용자 동의, 법적 의무 이행 또는 보안·부정 이용 방지·서비스 운영과 개선을 위한 정당한 이익을 근거로 정보를 처리합니다. 외부 서비스 제공자는 관련 법률이 요구하는 보호조치 아래 이용자의 거주 국가 외 지역에서 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
6. 보유 및 삭제
- 로컬 정보는 게임에서 초기화하거나 기기 설정으로 삭제하거나 게임을 제거할 때까지 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 클라우드 진행도, 프로필 및 리더보드 기록은 서비스 제공, 분쟁 처리, 법적 의무 수행에 필요한 기간 또는 적법한 삭제 요청이 완료될 때까지 보관됩니다.
- 구매·광고 관련 정보는 관련 법률과 각 서비스 제공자의 정책에 따라 보관됩니다.
게임 관련 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청하려면 표시 이름과 확인 가능한 PlayFab ID를 포함해 이메일로 문의해 주세요. 비밀번호나 결제카드 정보는 보내지 마세요. 요청 확인을 위해 제한적인 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
거주 지역에 따라 이용자는 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한·반대, 동의 철회, 타겟 광고·판매·공유 거부 및 감독기관에 대한 이의 제기 권리를 가질 수 있습니다. 회사는 적법한 개인정보 권리 행사로 이용자를 차별하지 않습니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
Songrail Knight는 일반 이용자 대상 게임이며 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 13세 미만 아동이 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단되는 경우 회사에 알려주시면 관련 법률에 따라 확인하고 삭제하겠습니다.
9. 안전성
회사는 정보를 보호하기 위해 합리적인 관리적·기술적 조치를 사용합니다. 다만 전자적 저장이나 전송 방식은 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다.
10. 방침 변경
게임, 외부 서비스 또는 법적 요건이 변경되면 본 방침을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 변경된 방침과 시행일은 이 페이지에 게시하며, 중요한 변경은 필요한 경우 게임이나 스토어 등록 정보에서도 안내합니다.
